MSV offers a number of free benefits to its members including:
Practice Services Helpline (800 | 746-6768, ext. 1060 or by email)
The MSV members-only practice services helpline provides physicians and their staff assistance with questions pertaining to coding and documentation, general practice management issues, office policies, etc. This service is available to individual MSV members and group practices with at least fifty percent membership.
Hassle Factor Log (800 | 746-6768, ext. 1060)
MSV’s hassle factor log addresses problems ranging from delays in payments to denial of services. This program provides members with a quick and efficient means of communicating health plan problems to the MSV, whether it is on an "information only" basis or a request for assistance.

Our practice services, including access to the Practice Services Helpline and Hassle Factor Log, are offered as member benefits at no cost to our members. Issues requiring extensive MSV staff time and resources are offered as consulting services at competitive rates to individual MSV members and group practices with at least fifty percent membership.
